- Unless the consultation has already been completed, patients are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, less any non-refundable fees or charges incurred by the payment gateway, credit card provider, or financial institution during payment processing
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.

5. Telemedicine
For virtual consultations:
- The patient is responsible for ensuring adequate internet access.
- Technical problems outside the clinic’s control may require rescheduling.
- Telemedicine may not be appropriate for emergencies.
6. Medical Emergencies
This website and online payment system are not intended for medical emergencies.
If you experience an emergency, please contact your local emergency medical services or proceed to the nearest emergency department immediately.
